Dio’s nose brushed against the side of Jonathan’s neck. “Jojo…” he murmured, sliding the tip of his nose down the pulse in Jonathan’s neck. “I wonder if you’ll taste different.”
“What?” Jonathan asked again.
He could hear the sound of Dio parting his mouth. The next sensation Jonathan felt was the sharp poke of his fangs pricking against his pulse. “Did you miss me, Jojo?”

When Jonathan first starts college, Dio goes missing. No one knows where he is, and Jonathan, to everyone’s surprise, is the most affected. Seven years later, and Jonathan is still committed to finding him. Now a detective in the police force, he comes across a missing persons case a few towns over. There, he finds Dio. Unable to bear the thought of Dio drinking from innocent people, and even killing them, they strike a deal.

Summary
Jonathan has only one goal this school year: to make Dio Brando his best friend. He knows he can do it if he tries hard enough.
Dio Brando, on the other hand, wants nothing more than to destroy Jonathan Joestar with his own two hands.

Set at Hugh Hudson, and the hole in the world that's a great black pit and it's full of people who are full of shit, aka, London, in that bygone heady year of 1989.
Work is tagged underage because the lads are in college still, but they are above the age of legal consent in Britain.
