Summary
After experiencing the death of his brother in the drift, Richard has no desire to return to his life as a pilot for the Jaeger program, but when they ask for his services to finish the job he doesn't refuse. Seeing this as an alternative to living a long life without his brother, Richard is determined to die and reunite with Connor. He couldn't have expected what it would take to drift with someone other than his brother, let alone have his plans turned upside down by his new partner, Gavin Reed.
