OC-SI Reincarnated as Roxy.
Roxy wasn't always Roxy. Once, she was a broke college student who spent way too much time watching cartoons than she should have, until naturally everything went to shit and she died. Now she's a character she didn't even like that much in one of those cartoons, and she's left with a choice; she can either A, be a good little cliche fanchild and try to be as helpful to the Winx Club as possible, or B, shamelessly abuse the fact she has both foreknowledge AND highly powerful magic to make the most of her new life free from her previous burdens, doing whatever the fuck she wants for shits and giggles.
She chooses option B.
(Or in which, Roxy is unhinged, the plot is in shambles, the Winx Club and Trix are guys for some reason, Valtor is extremely confused, plot holes get filled, Riven gets appropriately dunked on and Faragonda is driven to alcoholism. Extreme crack ahead, tread with caution)

Erica Owens, a powerful witch and the younger sister of Gillian and Sally Owens, was discontent with her life. After the incident with Gilly's abusive ex, everything should have been perfect. Both her sisters had found their happiness, the curse on their family had been broken, and the people of their hometown had finally accepted them. But despite all this, Erica felt like something was missing.
That feeling was proven correct when a love spell she cast as a child comes back to bite her in the ass, and the spirit of her infamous ancestor drags her through time to 'find the missing pieces of her heart'. Stuck in Victorian London of all places, Erica has to carve out a place for herself in a new time and place, while also changing a few fates, stealing several hearts and scandalizing the locals.
Oh, and killing a few people. That feels like it deserves a mention.
(Or in which, Sally and Gilly from Practical Magic have a younger sister who basically gets Isekai'ed through time. Featuring a lovesick Sebastian, hot Victorian boytoys, Grell being an icon, Ciel slowly going insane, pointless high society drama, tequila and sticky notes. Oh, and a cat)
