Summary
Suguru Geto and Shoko Ieiri are hopefuls for the senior pairs championship for the first time. Satoru Gojo is a single skater working to set records and win medals. The three friends must balance the stresses of the sport, mental health challenges, and miscommunication.
Suguru has feelings for Satoru but is certain his feelings aren't returned. Satoru knows Suguru is the most important person in his life but will he be able to put those feelings into words? Will he be able to find a way to help his friend when he succumbs to the stress of competing at a high level.
Shoko is convinced her friends are idiots but she won't let them destroy what's right in front of them.

He handed over the joint without a word, watching as Gojo took it with a confidence he didn’t quite feel.
The room seemed to shrink as Gojo brought it to his lips, Geto’s gaze heavy on him. Gojo took a slow drag, doing his best to appear unfazed as the smoke burned its way into his lungs. He exhaled, coughing just slightly, and shot Geto a triumphant look.
“Not bad,” Geto said, his voice warm with amusement. He leaned closer, his knee brushing against Gojo’s. “You sure you’re not uncomfortable, Satoru?”
The way he said his name—soft and teasing, with just the faintest hint of something darker—made Gojo’s stomach flip again. He grinned through the rush of nerves, leaning back against the couch like he owned the place. “Please, Suguru. You think a little smoke and some bad influence is enough to throw me off? You underestimate me.”

“Gojo Satoru.”
Suguru froze.
That was a name he never thought he’d hear again.
Suddenly he’s no longer in Shoko’s living room, but his childhood home. He’s ten years old, and he’s laying on the floor of his room side by side with another boy and they’re laughing, likely about something ridiculous and nonsensical like they always did. The boy looks over at him with the brightest blue eyes he’s ever seen; eyes that endlessly fascinated him. His white hair makes them appear all the brighter. Suguru doesn’t know why yet, but something in his chest seizes when he looks into them for too long, and he has to look away, as much as he doesn’t want to.Getou Suguru needs a place to live before he starts grad school. The last person he expects to have the solution is his childhood best friend...who also happened to be his gay awakening. But he's over that. Really, he is.
