Summary
The noble Senju clan was executed by the orders of the tyrant emperor, Tobirama was taken as a captive(who later turned into a tutor for the crown prince). Madara gets summoned to the palace under the emperor's orders and finds himself enamoured with Tobirama.
This takes place in a historically inaccurate Chinese palace setting. Why are these Japanese characters in an imperial china setting you ask? I don't know I felt like it. -

He is, unfortunately, reminded of it the very next day, when the door slams open and Al-Haitham stalks in. “Mind telling me why everyone was congratulating me today?” he demands. “About your pregnancy?"
Or: Al-Haitham is, without a doubt, the most annoying person Kaveh knows. Maybe the world’s second-most annoying person can help Kaveh figure him out.

Madara loves her, but she was born of violence and theft and appeared by surprise. He has to be her entire world, shield, scaffold to grow onto, and he wasn't ready.
He loves her now, though. She's his firstborn and heir and his blood, and she sings like a screechy bird in the bath and bites when tickled, and from the first day he could bring himself to hold her she has slept nowhere better than face down on his chest.
