Miss Peregrine and Reader are both ice skating in the winter, and having a fun time away from the children, when Reader suddenly falls through the ice, having skated too close to the middle of the lake! Alma Peregrine is terrified, but by lying on her stomach she is able to get reader out of the water, and into bed. Alma has to use the medical knowledge she has to keep Reader okay, and with scared shaky hands, makes tea for when they wake up. When Reader finally wakes up, Alma is relived and takes care of Reader, because they are definitely sick now.

Summary
Written for an anonymous request on Tumblr:
Basically Alma and the reader are in a relationship. Reader was walking and got caught in the rain, and now has the flu, but Reader hides it from Alma, so she doesn't worry over Reader. Alma suspects Reader of not feeling well, but Reader brushes her off. It comes to a head when Reader passes out, scaring Alma considerably. Reader wakes up to Alma making soup or something, and Reader apologizes to the worried Alma, and says they only wanted to avert worry, but Alma assures Reader that she would never be angry over them being sick. Que Reader being cold, so Alma climbs under the blankets with Reader to warm them up.
