Summary
After his miserable defeat at the Spire of Deceit, Shadow Milk returned to the Blueberry Academy. Looking at the place where he once taught students, now rampant with what remained of the staff, consumed by dark moon magic, it could almost make him laugh. He tried, but a tear slowly rolled down his face instead. Shock spread across his face, as if he forgot he could do that. He turned to his minions, seeing them battered and bruised, yet still willing to serve him. He felt a small spark of warmth, a feeling he thought would never happen again in his immortal life. Two cookies that would be at his side, no matter what he did. That made him smile—a small one, not the usual one he wore while performing, but something real, rarely seen by others, only by the other virtues long ago. Seeing the two willing to face danger to protect him, they deserve more than being his minions.
They deserve much more than that.
Aka I watched a video of Shadow Milk being Columbina and thought I want to see more of that.

Summary
A story of a friendship offer being accepted a little later down the line of when it was first offered, a change being made due to it, and what that change will mean for two counterpart Cookies as they navigate through that change and its implications.
Starts as a story about a growing platonic friendship, and will eventually turn romantic between Pure Vanilla and Sage of Truth Shadow Milk (named Blueberry Milk for clarity's sake and distinction between Beast and Sage personas). An unsettling crackling fills her ears and a sharp electric feeling buzzes through her veins. Her stomach flips, and the feeling of falling overtakes her senses. A wave of darkness fades in and out of her vision. She gasps desperately as her senses come back. Forehead on the ground she takes in the feeling of crusted old carpet fibers under her skin. Her eyes flutter open to an old office room, papers scattered about. She slowly brings her calloused fingertips to her face, holding it tightly. “What the fuck?” She whispers, glancing around. She’s met with an old computer with an absurdly colorful screen.
