Summary
As the Battle City tournament looms on the horizon, Kisara sets out as her father's envoy for the event. Still not recovered from the trials and tribulations of the Duelist Kingdom tournament, Maximillion Pegasus, the creator of the Duel Monsters card game, makes his daughter his representative in his stead. All manner of new personalities are emerging out of the dunes of time, such as Marik Ishtar, who now possesses the Millenium Rod once held by Priest Seto, as well as Malik's sister, Ishizu, who seems to have her own connection with the Kaiba Corp. CEO.
Meanwhile, the deluge of memories that Kisara first unlocked in the Duelist Kingdom library has not ebbed. But is she enlightened, or mad? These feel like... Forbidden Memories.
