Clicking his tongue, he withdrew his hand to cross his arms and glare more pointedly at Ronan, schoolmarmish. “The Barns, obviously. Do you even need to feed it? Bathe it? Entertain it? You don’t even know anything about it.”
“I already have one dinosaur,” he said, glaring at Chainsaw.
“It’s irresponsible to let it wander Virginia. Cabeswater? Could we put it in Cabeswater?”
“And let it wreck havoc there instead? Maybe out here it’ll burn down something fun.”
“Fine, but if it gets its claws on the White House, people are gonna have questions you can’t answer.”
Ronan grinned. “I’ll just dream a solution.”

His scalding breath fanned across Levi’s face. The coppery tang of human blood mixed in with that stinging scent of venom.
Levi held his knife tense in his ready grip. Just before he could—
Jaeger lunged those last few inches, teeth glinting lethal, poised to rip out Levi’s throat.
Without a second of hesitation, Levi caught him with a fist knotted in his hair. He couldn’t help but smile down at the vampire, more amused by the frustration on his face than the failed attempt to maul him.
He clicked his tongue softly and admonished, “Too slow.”

Levi has been hunting Zeke Jaeger obsessively for years. When he's offered a new lead in the form of Zeke's younger brother, he's closer to revenge than he's ever been before. Unfortunately, Eren doesn't seem too fond of cooperating, and hasn't exactly responded well to torture.

Without warning, Levi took him by the back of the neck, fingers twining in the downy hair there, and pulled him close enough to murmur into his ear, “So, what? You don’t want to take your clothes off?” Tongue darting out, he ran it deliberately over the studs lining Eren's lobe before releasing him, feeling more than a little smug with how wide his eyes had gone. “But if you think that’s un-sexy—”
“No! I—no.”
Levi smirked down at him, still refusing to touch. “Good. So let’s try that again, shall we?” He let the pads of his fingertips barely brush Eren’s stomach, feeling his abdomen tense. “Can I take your clothes off, Eren?”
“Yes. Yes, god, please.”
“Great. Later. Lesson two—”

Levi's been trying desperately to avoid his student's blatant attempts at seduction, and he's doing . . . well enough. But when Eren traps him into a tutoring arrangement, his self-control isn't going to last very long. Eren always gets what he wants, after all.
