“Lemme guess, you wanna know if there’s any ‘mysterious backstory’ behind it?” Luz eagerly nodded, and Amity let out a giggle as Luz’s head rocked back and forth on her legs. “First, stop moving, you’re tickling me!”
Luz relaxed, while also showing off a cheeky grin that Amity couldn’t help but feel fond of. “Alright, get comfortable, it’s a bit of a story. It was about four years ago…”

“Hey, it’s okay, deep breaths, we’re here for you,” Emira murmured into her ear, and Amity felt a bit more of the tension slip away as she started to breathe again.

There have been 3 Blight children for as long as any of them could remember; Emira, Edric, and Amity. Back when they were young, they had been nearly inseparable, always playing games and having fun. But after Amity's 7th birthday, there was a split. It was no longer 'The Blight Kids'. Then, it became 'The Twins' and Amity.
Now, the three of them are close again, and working to get back to how things once were. Things aren't always perfect, sometimes they argue, sometimes they bicker, but they know they have each other's backs, and that's that.
