Summary
The terms Barish-Estranza gives the lost colony are simple. Unconditional surrender, sign indenture paperwork for every adult and child, or they will eliminate all dissidents on record using a Combat SecUnit, and the killing will continue until they get their way.
The people of Esperia have no idea what that is. Barish-Estranza has technology that they have never seen. But they know they have to save the children.
