    “Your mom called.” Keith said, like that explained everything, and it kinda it. Lance hummed in response. Keith clearly took it as an encouragement to continue. “And Shiro, and Hunk.” He counted with his fingers, Lance stopped paying attention when he had already raised five fingers.

     

    His stomach was hurting and Lance wasn’t sure if it was cause he was ashamed of disappointing so many people or if it was the fact that he couldn't remember when was the last time he ate something.

     

    Or, Lance was mourning, going through it, not taking good care of himself, definitely not having good coping mechanisms, and just before he finally collapsed, sick and exhausted, his mother called the only person that she thought he could talk some sense into him.

    Keith Kogane, ex black paladin of voltron and just as stubborn as his son.

    Navigating online classes is hard. Difficult, if Lance would put it bluntly. Group works are worse. He's grouped with people he barely knows, and Iverson is a shit teacher with quick deadlines.

    Keith is an okay group mate, but Griffin? James Griffin is atrocious. Good thing Lance has Keith on his side here. Or he would have committed numerous crimes. Murder. Arson. Because honestly, fuck James Griffin.
