Summary
You know how in my hero academia everyone has quirks. Well this is inspired by cobalt star and Izuku's Boku No Hero Adventure: Violence is Unbeatable where only women have quirks and 95% of the world are women and men are rare and don't have quirks but they do have mutations.
And women are ten feet tall and boys are half their size. All this happened 200 years ago when only women showed quirks and men didn't. 100 years ago they started growing taller and taller. The year is 2265. Well two boys were born izuku midoriya and katsuki bakugou. They go to aldara middle school.

Summary

Can Midoriya avoid the bubbly yet keen officer’s calculating brown eyes and endless questions without getting mixed up in another crime? Or could the duo end up uncovering a crime scene of thirty years ago?
