Summary
Adam's army of exorcists has been defeated, and things begin to return to what Hell's denizens consider normal.
Charlie wishes she could say the same. She struggles to enjoy her victory and focuses on the losses as they shook her to her core and, it seems, permanently changed her in a way she does not like. Her personality and confidence are greatly dimmed by her failure to save everyone, and as she questions many things about mortality and eternal life she has, she is nowhere near prepared to present her project and milestones to the public eye once again. Which is waiting for the right time to strike at her.
As she realises that she needs a new approach to redemption and a more profound understanding of philosophical and theological topics, as well as a mindset change and return to herself, she is ready to do just about anything to finally understand life, death and redemption, including going where she has never been and doing things she never thought she would do.
She is too busy to notice that someone else is not doing well.

Summary
Alastor, the demon soul of a cannibalistic serial killer, makes a deal with a human called Rosie; help her create and run a successful nightclub called The Thorny Rose Lounge in honor of her late daughter and in return, she will provide Alastor access to Earth to continue hunting and consuming humans.
Charlie Magne is a young woman with a dream of becoming a lounge singer and is hired at Rosie’s club where she quickly catches the attention of Alastor, who becomes inexplicably drawn to the golden-haired beauty and she to him.
Vincent Whittman, CEO of VoxTech Studios and a frequent patron to the club also finds himself attracted to Charlie on top of his already established fixation on Alastor. Seeing the mutual attraction between the two, he becomes obsessed with the idea of having both of them to own and control.
The three find themselves in a dangerous triangle of love, lust, and obsession, with Charlie at the center of it all and with the most to lose.
