Fred and George needed a role of their own, even considering how they were Fred & George and not Fred and George.
And, if no one had made the effort to recognize them, to distinguish them, they would have managed to be seen and noticed. At least that was his due to them.
This didn't mean they wouldn't want to be appreciated for who they were.

Summary
Tech Priest Dominus Voltumm 25-9 is "promoted" to Fabricator General of a newly acquired "Forge" World following a disastrous campaign.
In reality, his new title is a prison, and he's soon trapped on a tiny backwater Agri-World that serves literally no purpose beyond the production of sunflower oil. Armed with a handful of Skitarii and a world full of laymen, he begins the arduous task of transforming this planet into something befitting the Omnissiah.
