Goro sighed, “I was almost hit by a car.”
Morgana screeched, “Almost??” at the same time a crash that sounded an awful lot like a mug getting dropped in the kitchen sink happened.
“The idiot didn’t see me while making his turn. We both slammed on our breaks to stop the collision, but inertia was kind enough to remind me that there are consequences for my actions.”
He had flipped over his fucking handle bars and broke his fall by thrusting out his hands. Goro knew he was supposed to keep his weight shifted towards the back wheel when abruptly braking, especially at the speed he was going. He also knew that if it was too late and flipping over was inevitable, that he should have curled up and rolled into it instead of landing flat out. But alas, that was not what happened.
“Are you alright?” Akira had appeared by the arm of the couch in a flash, fingers twisted into the hem of his shirt.
Goro shot him an incredulous glare and held up his two broken, cast bound hands. “What do you think?”
Goro Akechi breaks both his hands in a freak biking accident and has to learn how to accept help doing mundane tasks from his roommate Akira Kurusu
