    Sanemi loves Kanae; Kanae loves him just as much. Kanae also loves her sisters. Shinobu loves Giyu, and Kanao is slowly falling for Tanjiro. Sanemi doesn't like Tanjiro and Giyu, but for the sake of Kanae's sisters' happiness, he decides to at least try to make peace with them. That attempt leads him to realize that they have a lot more in common than he ever could have thought.

    After the Final Battle against demons, Tanjirou returned to his childood home on Mount Kumotori. His life returned to being ordinary, and Tanjirou wouldn't have had it any other way.

    Sometime after that, Tanjirou and Kanao got married, and eventually had two children, twin boys who they named Michirou and Yorio. "Sternness" and "destiny".

    And maybe—for once—an older brother won't feel like a failiure, and two brothers will have a second chance.
