Summary
Kara returns from the Phantom Zone and can't fully access her powers. Lena, in the midst of her efforts to diagnose the issue, accidentally scrapes her nails against Kara's abs. Kara goes to Argo City which is now located on a new planet that is exactly like Krypton. Kara is trying to learn from her mom to take over one day as the head of the high council. Meanwhile, Kryptonian's are trying to avoid going extinct and there is a "humans go to Krypton" Kind of agreement in place to make that happen. Lena can't stand being on Earth without Kara, She'd been in love with her for as long as she can remember.
AKA Lena goes to Krypton for a new start for her and Kara.

Summary
When Lady Lena challenges Princess Kara for the throne of Krypton they’re both shocked to discover they’ve met before, and more shocked to discover there’s a requirement for a princess to be “bound in marriage” to take the throne.
As parliament is suspended until a new monarch is crowned the law cannot be changed. With the church opposed to the union of two women they’re forced to find husbands to ensure at least one of them gets crowned Queen before the deadline is up.

“Everyone.” She puts the cherry in her mouth, bites it off the stem. “The L Word was like, built on the premise that a friend group of queer woman in LA dated each other in some sort of terrible repeating circle for, god, however many seasons that went on. And it’s been my experience that when two people are attracted to each other, and they’re close, feelings are likely to develop.”
“That’s just, I mean, come on.” Kara’s cheeks are a little pink. “A trope and a tv show? That’s your evidence?”
“So you’ve never been in love with your best friend?” Lena looks down at her empty glass.
“No!” Kara sounds affronted. “No, I have never been in love with my best friend.”
