Summary
Another day another alternative universe fic about The Addams Family.
Here we have Wednesday Addams, she's a serial killer that's known as The Eye Stealer. Ever since she's been little she's had these urgers to kill. Instead of locking her up or sending her away Gomez and Morticia decided to train her, hone her natural instinct for murder and channel it so she shall only kill guilty people. Her change in upbringing makes Wednesday more unhinged, she's less sure of herself when dealing with the mundane because it doesn't feel real to her. At this point in her life she barely considers herself human. She needs to kill, if she doesn't she grows insane.
Then due to some failed blackmail scheme Wednesday is send to Nevermore where she meets a girl named Enid.
But Wednesday Addams is not the only serial killer that walks the halls of Nevermore. For the first time ever she must play detective on a much grander scale while she's in the middle of falling in love.

Summary
The woman watched Enid for a moment, before turning around and climbing out the window. Wait.
Wait.
“Hey! Stop!” Enid shouted after the woman. She jumped up from her place on the ground to chase after her, they were on the fourth story of the apartment building. A fall from the height would kill her.
Would it? Enid wasn’t really sure how high someone had to fall in order to die from it, but the woman would definitely be hurt!
But when she got to the window and looked down there was nothing there.
No pancake of a goth girl, no trace that the woman had ever been there in the first place.
Enid wandered over to the sofa, taking a seat and staring at the window. How had she done that? How had she disappeared like that? How had she gotten in at all? Was that woman real at all?
Or:
Sometimes Enid Sinclair feels like she is drowning. Like every single day is the same boring thing, the same tiring work.
But then a beautiful woman breaks into her friends apartment. And suddenly her life has that spark she had so desperately needed.

Wednesday groans. She doesn’t have time for this. So, she reaches across the console, snatches the phone out of Enid’s hand, and rolls down the window in one fluid, terrifyingly decisive motion.
"Wednesday, what the fuck—"
"It was the first thing they would track,” Wednesday says indignantly.
“So you just—just yeeted my entire life onto the road?!”
