Summary
They had won the war. At least Sakura thought they did. The last thing she could remember was sealing away Kaguya with Naruto and Sasuke before she landed in a world and time that wasn't her own. All around her, people she had only read about in the pages of a history text were living, breathing, watching her every move. It was just a dream. Or at least she wished it was.
The only thing Sakura knew for certain was she needed to find her way home. Before the Founders learned of who and when she was.

Summary
Sakura is lost, injured and alone in a forest far from home. The circumstances that led up to this are much less clear. A mysterious mental fog blankets her mind, impenetrable and obfuscating her memories.
After scouring the land, she arrives at the horrifying conclusion that she’s been transported back in time to the Warring States era. Incredibly out of her depth, she has to navigate the old nation’s dangerous climate without becoming ensconced within their politics – a feat easier said than done, for a clan-less kunoichi.
It's just her luck that the Uchiha start sprouting from the woodwork. It seems she can't escape them, no matter what century she's in.

Six years after the fall of the resistance, Sakura is sent to an alternative universe to save her life. A universe in which everyone she knew is not dead anymore, with the exception of Tsunade Senju, who never existed and, therefore, never created medical ninjutsu. A universe in which medicine is almost fifty years behind, ninjas die like flies and Sakura is the only one who knows how to cure them.
A universe in which she becomes the slug sage. -

The afterlife, reincarnation, possession, whatever. They all equaled the same thing: death was not the end. Death was... the next great adventure. I could've accepted that. I could've (with a little time and more than a little bit of swearing) accepted that my deadness wasn't actually death. But really? What the hell? I died a bipolar, not a schizophrenic!
