Summary
When officers around a psychic catch on quick that there is something shady, like say, smelly, about a fellow cop, you best bet is to send in the psychic and his assistant to do the grunt work without bringing in Internal Affairs. Even if the evidence at best regarding how they stink to high heavens is shaky, or not. What hurts the most is finding a new face isn't as good as they made themselves out to be for the last few months.
