Where Touya would've burned himself to near death Shouto ends up being there to save him. When Touya wakes up 2 years later and he is met with a furious endeavour and sees shouto the brother responsible for his life turning to shit...the perfect golden child attempt to defend him against their father's anger.Touya looks at his fathers anger at him after the accident and realizes his father truly doesn't care about him anymore and with that decides to runaway. As he is about to leave a small Shouto asks him where hes going....
TLDR: Dabi and Shouto make me miserable and I hate how it ended up for them and I want them to have a nice brother relationship. This is a brother centric fic where Dabi isnt all alone when he burns himself and realizes todoroki isnt that bad.

“I’m sure most of you are aware of the existence of quirks?” That statement bounced about the meeting room, it was from none other than Fukuzawa Yukichi, president of the Armed Detective Agency. However, most members were sure it was said in a way that you’ll infer as a question. Despite quirks being quite popular in Japan, those without at least some basic high school education would not be aware of the fundamentals of the meta ability. Fukuzawa can think of some members that might not know about it off the top of their heads or be cognisant of quirks but not the exact science behind those quirks and the members that immediately come to mind are Kenji and Atsushi. Kenji resided amongst those who were mostly quirkless in his village. He might have heard the term being thrown about and understands the basics of the concept but not the exact meaning. On the other hand, Atsushi lies on this line of cognisance as knowing almost nothing about it. As Fukuzawa predicted, Atsushi raised his hand sheepishly.
OR
Kenji and Kyouka get set to UA for investigation while Dazai and Kunikida acts as their parents.
Mischaractization? Maybe, I think you guys are the judges of that.
