Summary
When Hitori asks Nijika for help to make homemade chocolates for Valentine’s Day, the drummer is a little surprised. After all, Valentine’s Day is one of the holidays Hitori vowed to destroy.
This year, she’s learning how to play love songs and venturing inside grocery stores to make a decent gift. A valiant effort for a lonely rolling guitarist.
However, when Hitori sees the amount of Valentine’s gifts Kita has received, she wonders if she’s way in over her head.

Summary
She supposes it’s true what they say, that the more things change the more they stay the same. That’s definitely what it feels like where Ryo and… whatever this is they have between them is concerned. Admittedly, there are times when that frustrates Nijika, but right now it comforts her.
Graduation feels like a lifetime ago and tomorrow would be her first day of college, and they wouldn’t be classmates anymore, not even schoolmates anymore, but at least she’ll always have this, however confusing and murky it is, with Ryo.
(Nijika learns to navigate the in-between she and Ryo have found themselves in.)

She didn’t think Makoto was the kind of girl to be into roses and flower language, sure, because she’s just so proper and ladylike all the time (except for as Queen— ironically enough). But the enthused way she explains is just so fitting. She gets this bright cadence to her voice that reminds Ann of lilies or sunflowers and is so different from her usual stern, commanding alto.
“You’re actually really cute,” Ann says, watching the way Makoto turns the ring over in her hands.
… which is evidently the absolute wrong thing to say, because Makoto looks like she’s just been shot.
