I saw the tags, I thought "oh wow, is for me?", and I went in mostly just expecting it to hit my kinks, and nothing else... but then I also ended up really enamored by the characters, LOL. I genuinely enjoyed this in so many ways. The writing was good at showing the tone (atmosphere?) of the world. And even if there's some typos here and there, c'mon, we're on AO3, my brethren. I got a free feast of Dead Dove, and my heart is full of love. If you're the same flavor freak as I am, I can recommend giving this a read.
