    The story is still in the works, and I tend to add whatever comes to mind as the story goes, so I honestly have no idea where I'm going to go with this.

    "Travis scoffed to himself. Help? Nobody could help him, he was hopeless, an emotionless monster. He'd hurt Sal just for a laugh, and he knew it was wrong, too, yet did it anyway. It wasn't fair how free Sal was, not when he dyed his hair and wore those clothes, he was a freak. So why was he so happy? And why did everyone seem to love him so much? Travis did everything he could to be the perfect son in his father's image. He'd go to church, maintain good grades, do his chores, follow any order his father gave him, and try to turn people towards god, so why did he still feel so miserable?"

    Warnings are in the tags (ED, SH, Abuse, ect) and are mentioned often in this fic.

    Lastly, this is my first fic on AO3, so I'm still figuring out how everything works!!

    It is easy for a boy with a bleeding heart to be pushed aside. But for Sal Fisher, it's not so easy, especially when the pain is so obvious to him. But his thoughts on why this boy's heart is bleeding is not the real reason.

    Travis takes up Sal's offer to become friends and a whole bunch of problems happen.

    (There will eventually be a side couple between Ash and an OC and they will have a couple of chapters that are dedicated to just them that will eventually merge into the main storyline!)

    After the encounter with Travis Phelps in the bathroom and reading a note he found on the floor, Sal Fisher becomes oddly concerned with his former bully. The note on the ground tugged on his heartstrings and after making the offer to be a friend to Travis, he decides to keep it. He knows very little about this other boy, but he can make some inferences from the note he found. However, he couldn't ever have imagined what it actually is like for him. As Sal and Travis become closer, their relationship is challenged by the stakes of Kenneth Phelps, the closest thing to a monster that anyone has encountered.

    The timeline in between episodes 3 and 4 of Sally Face where Sal and Travis continue to stay close and gay.
