Hello again! I am finally starting to upload these outtakes that didn't quite fit into the main story for me.
As usual you do not need to read these to understand the main story and these should be ignored when considering the completed main story as a whole. These were taken out because they were either unnecessary, didn't move the story along, or potentially took away from the plot/vibes I was going for.

Summary
Soulmates were found through scars.
Some preferred to write a message in their skin, just enough to give a location and a name. Others liked the chase, only allowing scars that were naturally formed, using those markings to piece together where their counterpart was. And then, there were a few that never had a soulmate in the first place - their skin was blank, marred only by their own mistakes.
