At the end of every life, Min Yoongi and his soulmates had waited for each other at the Grim Reapers Table, refusing the Tea of Memory and moving onto their next life together.
This time however, the third time, Yoongi waits alone at the table, an impatient Grim Reaper wanting him to drink the tea and forget about his life and move onto the next.
But he can't. He's alone.
It has to be a mistake.
He waits. And waits.
Until he realizes they aren't coming.
They didn't wait for him.
He moves onto the next life, alone and with the memory of being alone. Abandoned.
And takes those feelings into his next life, determined to not be left behind or bothered by them again.

Summary
Yoongi pushes himself and hides the fact from everyone that he isn't doing too well, physically. After a small amount of time, the members begin to notice Yoongi's actions and ask him if he's okay and even fans notice him acting differently than normal. Yoongi's body feels like it's weighing down then begins to realize he doesn't have long. Soon it gets to a point that on the day of their final tour date, being held in Seoul, it's one of the biggest concerts they've held and ever performed. He collapses onto his knees on stage in front of millions of fans as the other members rush over to a weakened Yoongi who almost seems lifeless as he drops his mic.
