Summary

Achilles is a brilliant painter. It was Patroclus who first suggested it to him, actually, back when they were boys, so he could channel his hyper-active imagination into something productive. He's stood behind Achilles, and watched as, over the years, shaky hands become steady, and pieces with potential become stunning compositions.
But there's one tiny problem.
Achilles has painted everything and everyone- except Patroclus. He's never, not once, painted Patroclus.
And it even though it shouldn't bother him, it does. It irks him for a reason he can't really explain. Because after all, they were best friends? Closer than best friends. Weren't they?
