Most importantly, it was supposed to happen alone, but instead, Wilson is there. Wilson is there, and he is panicking and shouting stuff that House's ringing ears can't quite pick up.
A hand slaps his face, hard, "You are not dying, you selfish bastard!" Wilson screamed at him, finally making it through; the action allows House to open his eyes.
To contrast the slap, Wilson grabs House's wrist like it's the most delicate flower he's ever touched, shaky fingers afraid to crush and mangle the colorful petals. His eyes look like tears are about to breach the seal of his tear ducts. House probably beat him to it, involuntarily, because his face feels wet.
House's intended relief goes too far; he doesn't care enough to fix it. It isn't clear to him whether Wilson's caring is a good or bad thing.

Very dark fanfic about Tony rescuing Peter from a suicide attempt, which causes him to recall some of his own attempts. No one dies in this fic, but there are four separate suicide attempts described "on screen" and in detail.
