Summary
Jon Snow is Killed at Winterfell, with his spirit now stuck in Ghost. The Fractured Realm begins to crumble, with a climactic final battle at Harrenhall. Unfortunately, the forces of Fire are destroyed, and as the Night King walks across the Frozen God's Eye, Bran Stark sends the consciousness and mind of Jon Snow into the past, to make sure that all the right blocks fall into place to make sure that the White Walker's Fail. Unfortunately for Jon, that Person is Cersei Lannister, whose identity is stolen, at Birth.
Jon Snow, in the body of Cersei, now has to ensure that the child of Rhaegar and Lyanna grows up into the Hero the world needs and to stop the Bloodshed that made it easy for the White Walkers to crush all resistance, whilst remembering who she really is.
Show!Jon steals the infant body of Book!Cersei (So White Walkers are Others, Euron is trying to Summon Cthulu etc)
Currently pending a Rewrite - but this is my first fic so I will not be taking it down
