Her father nodded, eyes lidded with exhaustion after months of work. He and the twins had been working tirelessly on this.
Multiverse travel. It had just been a theory of theirs. They knew other multiverses existed, and they knew it was theoretically possible, but to actually do it? It was something else.
They'd only ever traveled in their own multiverse. It was difficult enough just to hop universes. They were able to do it with minimal risk because universes in a multiverse work under the same rules and principles. In other multiverses, it was completely different. Maybe one is the exact same as theirs except gravity is 5% stronger, possibly the next multiverse over was in 5D.
"And you guys want me to be the first?"
