Summary
‘Where’s my wand?’ he mutters into his knees.
Jameson glances at one of the Aurors who edges his way closer.
‘The Ministry seized it when you—’
‘I want my wand,’ he says, and he sounds…tiny. Like a little boy.
‘Look lad, once you’re in the shelter, you can see about getting your wand back,’ the Auror closest to his side says, the badge at his hip glinting.
‘I can’t go there,’ Malfoy says into his knees. ‘Please. Please don’t make me go there.’ I realise he’s crying. That he’s hiding his face to stop them from seeing. That this is the first time I’ve ever heard him say the word please. That he’s scared. That Draco Malfoy is asking for help.
Something shatters inside me and—
‘He can stay with me.’

Remus doesn't do blind dates.
They must be the worst possible social situation humankind has ever invented: two strangers some people have decided that maybe they should get in a committed relationship. You have two hours.
So no, he wouldn't touch that with a ten yard stick, not if he can help it.
But he knows better than to try and argue with Lily, so, here he is.

Summary
Every Alpha needs an Omega. Omegas are soft, and sweet, and can soothe the rage and want and needs for an Alpha. For an Omega, life without an Alpha is a life without pleasure - annoying, an inconvenience, but sustainable. For an Alpha, life without an Omega is impossible. It can lead to insanity... or worse, death.
Everything needs balance, and for an Alpha, that means their perfect Omega.

Summary
It was supposed to be a simple year. Voldemort was dead, the remaining Death Eaters had been rounded up and prosecuted (mostly, anyways), and Hogwarts was admitting the previous year's would-be graduates for an Eighth Year so they could have a chance at passing their NEWTS and reclaiming their lives after the war. But Harry had presented as an Alpha over the summer, and after a growth spurt left him scrambling to Diagon Alley for a new wardrobe, he returned to Hogwarts to come to terms with the new social dynamics among his classmates. Plus, the magic of Hogwarts castle is going haywire, even as the rebuilding efforts are continuing. And finally, he no longer thinks Draco Malfoy is up to something... but Merlin, does he smell amazing! No year at Hogwarts can ever be simple.
I'm not great at summaries. This will be a longer fic (covering the entire school year), more of a slow burn, and will make far more sense if you read the first fic in this series first, as this picks up an hour after A Late Presentation ends.
