Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a quirk named Cumulus. It allows him to generate and manipulate clouds, a very similar take to Oboro’s Cloud quirk.
Only difference is Izuku’s cloud generation relies on his own water reserves, meaning he constantly has to drink water to keep using his quirk. If he doesn’t, his hair begins to turn a stark white.
However, when Izuku shows up at UA, Aizawa and Hizashi are shocked to see the quirk that they thought died 15 years ago.
OR
Izuku has a quirk that’s really similar to Oboro’s old quirk. He causes chaos and triggers his teachers PTSD.

Summary
This is part of being a teacher- you end up learning about the children that you teach as they learn. And if you're at least a marginally open teacher, then they will, in turn, learn about you.
But that's the thing- Aizawa knows next to nothing about Midoriya.
It's almost as if there are seven layers between the two of them. Some sort of protective barrier between Midoriya and the people around him, keeping them from getting too close, from seeing too much.
or, Aizawa goes on a quest to find out whether Midoriya has another dial other than Student or Fighter- he is semi successful.

Summary
"Izuku has always been curious; he liked to know things. He liked to see how and why things happened; solving mental puzzles and the like. Growing up, Izuku loved to read mystery novels and play games with a detective aspect. His mother had made custom games for him as he grew up to work his mind more and let him solve things to his hearts content."
Izuku pieces together what no police station has in the hopes to save his friend from a doomed revenge plot before it was too late. Using skills he's honed over the year by solving cold cases and digging into public records; he makes it just in time to fight. Hopefully, they make it out of fight alive.
