Seven years ago, Vi had been arrested for a crime she didn’t commit. After she had been sentenced for life in Stillwater she gave up any kind of hope to ever see the people she loves again.
Not only has this place ripped her of her sanity, it has also ripped her from the person she once was, forcing her to live a life in hell.
Until the prison gets a new psychologist who happens to dig out secrets that have been buried ages ago and Vi’s life might not be as hopeless after all.

Vi scoffed and stomped forward, the gravel crunching beneath her feet as she approached Caitlyn, who looked up at her with an empty, disinterested expression.
She stopped right in front of her, chest puffed out, voice dripping with venom.
“Good lord, Kiramman, maybe pace yourself for once. What’s the plan? Smoke yourself into an early grave so we don’t have to deal with you anymore?”
Caitlyn’s head jerked slightly, her features a cool mask of indifference.
“Though I am flattered by your concern," she said icily, taking a slow, deliberate drag from her cigarette, “I assure you that I am perfectly capable of handling myself, thank you very much.”
“Oh, yeah? Is that why you’re here?”
Caitlyn slightly perked one of her eyebrows. The look on her face made Vi immediately feel incredibly stupid and childish.
“No. I am here to smoke a cigarette. In peace. Why are you here?”

When asked that rather loaded question, Violet’s fingertips tightened their hold on her lover’s waist as she contemplated her answer.
As she made up her mind, Violet's lips curled to a rather smug grin. Her greys confidently met the insecure cerulean staring back at her - while her lips purred their answer rather leisurely.
Vi leaned in and nipped at Caitlyn's lips for a moment, before answering her loaded question.
“If hell tastes as glorious as your kisses, my love… then I’ll gladly spend all of eternity bathing in that very sensation."
