Ye Baiyi didn't wake Wen Kexing; Zhang Chengling lied to protect him and held the secret of Zhou Zishu's death in his heart; and life at Four Seasons Manor went on. Until, that is, Bi Xingming comes running up the road from the town and tells Zhang Chengling there's something he has to see.
“I brought him as fast as I could,” Bi Xingming said to the man. “I still don’t know why you had to be so secretive, shifu—”
Shifu.
Zhang Chengling’s heart fell like a stone, and he crashed to his knees beside the man, reaching up as if to sweep the hat off and stopping just short. The man lifted his hand, impatiently shaking his sleeve back in a gesture so familiar he was sure even before he recognized the hand, even before the hand tilted back the hat to reveal his master’s gentle smile.

Summary
Hand-wavy "Han Ying Lives!" post-canon SHL AU where most likely no one is immortal and everyone lives happily at the newly rebuilt Siji Manor.
Han Ying gets hit with a face full of a dangerously potent aphrodisiac while taking care of a nest full of Scorpion remnants, and Wen Kexing is the only one around to help him out. They do what needs to be done, but Han Ying feels like he's betrayed Zhou Zishu somehow by putting his hands on Wen Kexing even though he would have died otherwise.
Zhou Zishu doesn't feel betrayed in the slightest, but he does, shockingly, feel more than a little envious to have been absent during the whole ordeal, and *that* makes him feel a little guilty. Wen Kexing isn't guilt ridden at all, but he certainly doesn't know what to do about this soft, strange emotion that's taken root in his heart for the man who's so clearly in love with his husband.
... And then eventually they all figure it out.
