ryan finds himself wishing the ride didn’t end so soon often. it takes them fifteen minutes to get to their school and fifteen minutes aren't nearly enough to admire the way the sunlight hits jim just right, the soft light favoring him at every single angle; the way he giggles, hand clasped over his mouth, head thrown back. isn't nearly enough to observe the soft features of his face, when they share a pair of earphones to listen to songs they'd downloaded.

Jim's gaze remained fixed on Ryan, a soft smile tugging at the corners of his lips. Ryan was lost in whatever he was doing, his brows furrowed in concentration as he worked. The way he scrunched up his nose in thought and the gentle way he bit his lower lip made Jim's heart skip a beat. It was moments like these that Jim found himself completely captivated by the little things Ryan did, each one revealing a new layer of his endearing personality.
