"Time and space are inextricably connected."
"Reader saved Satoru because in so many other 'timelines', they already loved him, and with their technique, even unconscious, they could tell this much. The theory of relativity (aka the theory that states 'time and space are inextricably connected') was the entire basis of this story."
Reader has a technique related to time, and of course Satoru is space.
Satoru's born in winter, and yet his very being is spring given.
Winter, Spring, and the Fall between them.
"And when you finally come to, it’s like you’re seeing him for the first time again. He’s a light illuminating and dispelling the darkness, he’s the object of your loyalty, bursting through the door to greet you again, he’s the sun that you need to live, he’s an empathetic hand that wishes to keep you safe, he’s freedom . All of it is illuminated in those beautifully blue eyes, so gorgeous they should be their own gem in and of themselves."
I'm crying so bad because this entire fic represents what Satoru is in every form or being to me😭 and what I wish I could do for him in the sense that I admire his being so much and he deserves so much. Whilst also feeling so seen from resonating so much from reader's character and how Satoru acts towards her is how I wish someone would treat me one day too.
TLDR: THIS FELT SO PERSONAL AND BEAUTIFUL
