    Mort 'Cursed' Kellog had terrible luck throughout his life, his gambling addiction caused him to get indebted to loan sharks which ended him with a job as part of Black Tusk.

    The great thing is he's pretty good at his job, but his luck is as shitty as ever, and after getting reminded of the jackpot he couldn't redeem he just felt like shit.

    But when he discovers a way to lift his curse, well all hell let loose in DC and New York.
