Summary
National City, 2021, Restaurant Alternate Universe fic. Alex Danvers – the owner of a restaurant in National City – has trouble replacing her newly-retired chef. In dire need of someone to fill the position and despite the restaurant's financial issues, she ends up taking her sister's advice and hires Mon-El Matthews. It's a total disaster. Maggie Sawyer, a tiny brunette with weird coffee preferences, makes her entrance and changes Alex's whole perspective. Will Alex be able to save her restaurant? Can she find more than recipes along the way? Can she learn to cook? (Yeah, no, let's not go there; she obviously cannot).
PS: Mon-El is going to be a selfish prick because he was made for the role. -
