Summary
Alex had been lingering all week: on thoughts, on the music, on making this second puppets album, on Miles. He couldn’t stop himself. Not that he could if he even tried. Miles was like an epiphany; once there, everything started to make more sense. Especially when they wrote together. All the words Alex ever wanted to say, Miles pulled out of him. It was incredible, and scary, just how entwined they really were.

Not that any of that matters. It's hard to care about the world ending when he gets to wake up in Miles' arms every morning.
