The two men walked across the street to their van in silence, taking in the quiet after such a loud night. Mat’s eyes stayed put on the man in front of him. The street lights outside outlined his silhouette and shined light on his most beautiful features. Amidst his usual analysis of the man's face, he realized Brian never wiped off the lipstick he had put on for the interview.
Mat had two options. He could let Brian know before they got in the van, or let him wait for him to figure it out on his own. He wasn’t sure if Brian knew or not either, it wasn’t that long ago since he put it on, and he's not the type to forget things in under an hour. He wouldn’t mind if he never took it off either, it complimented his face, and Mat was enjoying it more than he should be.
