If anger and violence aren’t an inherent part of raising kids, what does that mean for the anger and violence that HE got the business end of when he was a kid? Summary
When Stede returned to the Revenge, he thought his biggest obstacle would be earning Edward's forgiveness for abandoning him. As it turns out, it isn't Stede that Edward is having a hard time forgiving. Wracked with guilt over the actions of the Kraken, Edward asks Stede to punish him, on deck in front of the crew. Nervous but desperate to help his lover, Stede agrees. With the help of everyone's favorite scribe, Stede finds his confidence and learns a lot about himself, and his crew, along the way.
