Summary
Maya Bishop is at the top of her game - her recent win at the Olympics has skyrocketed her running career, and she's on track to become a world champion once again. Carina DeLuca moved to the US with her mamma when she was 14 and became fast friends with Maya Bishop. This story will be told on two timelines and two POVs simultaneously. The "past" will be told from Carina's POV, and the "present" will be told from Maya's.
