Summary
Nearly a year passed since the trio parted ways near Ikitsuki Island. But even as their lives relapsed to how they used to be, their memories of that fateful journey never faded. A chance reunion in Yokosuka "forces" Mugen and Fuu to travel together once more, this time on an all new journey to find a certain bespectacled samurai. Throughout their many misadventures, the good, the bad, the joys and the sorrows, something is slowly but surely changing between the former waitress and pirate. Or maybe it was there all along...
Episodic stories filled with both familiar and unfamiliar faces, as Mugen and Fuu travel across Japan and change people's lives and maybe change and grow a little themselves. Perhaps navigating Japan is the easy part. Navigating the delicate nature of their relationship...may just be another story.
