    "And it's a pleasure to meet you," Nancy nods, still stiff, still polite. "You… didn't have to come speak with me."

    Robin tilts her head. "I wanted to," she says simply. "Like I said, I haven't really been to many of these. Royal balls, I mean."

    "You're not missing much," Nancy says dryly, and Robin laughs, a genuine laugh, not one of the nervous chuckles from before. "I'm Nancy. But… you already knew that."
