Summary
He pulled aside the paper from a painting of two lovers, standing at the edge of a cliff. They held one another's faces in hand, their foreheads rest against eachother. In contrast to how peacful they looked, the world around them was a mess. The environment was huge, so big they were almost lost in it. The sun was nowhere to be seen, enormous gray clouds covered the sky, they could even be mistaken by explosions, no one could tell. In the distance, an aircraft seemed to be falling from the sky, smoke flowing from it.
They were at war.
Was what Martin had tried to imply.
