Javier, who has seen him construct an aqueduct primarily out of spite, gift a child legal ownership of a hotel, and antagonize multiple royals, chooses not to comment on that last part. “You must admit, to an outside observer, it can seem a little improbable. We didn’t exactly like each other, at the start.”
