Let's look 10 thousand years into the past, where the tribes were but two, with traits that soon evolved to become the Dragon Tribes of Pyrrhia we know today! The Vividwings, and Monowings.
Trapped in the stars, a Vividwing slumbers for eternity. Well, at least what was MEANT to happen. Following the nullification of all animus magic, a seal cracked somewhere in the skies above. With the lack of magic in the world, despite it's remaining artifacts- that was the very thing that bound the seal together! Yeah, no one was expecting the removal of magic.
A Vividwing awoke. Still in their original body, and pretty much just a normal dragon! Well, except that they're quite literally tens of thousands years old.

Generations after the prophecy dragonets, the legend is still being told to this day. A new generation of strong-willed dragonets, facing against a foe that may end dragonkind with flames and blood.
Nightclaw had a slight frown on her dark blue face, as she heard Apple's answer. "You don't just get powers!" Nightclaw exclaimed in disbelief, staring at Apple. "Something must've happened. You definitely ate something weird. What was it you ate, some rotting pineapple?"
