Summary
After the "leave" ending for Silent Hill 2.
James' guilt for what he did to his late wife is in the past now. He adopted Laura, as Mary would have done if she were...alive. But just because he is moving forward from the incident, doesn't mean his new 'daughter' will that easily. His futile attempts to make a bridge between the two simply push Laura further away. Or maybe that's just what James is allowing himself to see.Bookmarked by appealus

Summary
The headache is the worst she has had yet. Shooting pain makes her lay back on the motel bed, fingers in her hair. Her skull seems close to splitting. When Vincent sits down, takes her head into his lap, Heather gets the most conflicted feeling. Her dad used to massage her head the same way. It feels only right. But this isn't her dad, this is some stranger — some sketchy stranger.
"What... are you doing?" she asks hazily, trying to look up at him.
Heather's second meeting with Vincent goes very differently.

Bookmarker's Notes
Surprisingly good Vincent / Heather. He’s exactly the same bastard from Silent Hill 3 but there’s something that pulls her to him.
