Instead of eating Hannibal as promised, Mason Verger decides the Alpha would be better suited to being a prized Alpha stud on his farm, perfect for harvesting his seed and selling to other interested parties or for breeding omegas.
When Cordell realizes that Will Graham's heat has begun and that he is not, in fact, a Beta, Cordell and Mason decide Will would be the perfect breedable omega to break the new Alpha stud in. They threaten to kill Will if Hannibal refuses to mount and breed him.
